Three people hospitalized after Tacoma car crash

TACOMA, Wash. — Three people were rushed to the hospital following a crash in Tacoma.

Two cars crashed into one another at South 38th Street and Asotin Street around 8 p.m. on Saturday.

South 38th Street was shut down from Alaska Street to Cushman Street while law enforcement investigated.

According to Washington State Patrol, one person has life-threatening injuries, one is in critical condition, and the other is stable.

No word on the exact cause of the crash.
