The 15-year-old was already charged with second-degree murder and felony hit-and-run in juvenile court.

The driver was arrested Sept. 10 for the alleged fatal July 18 hit-and-run that killed 53-year-old Greg Moore in Maple Valley.

During their investigation, detectives uncovered additional evidence that same juvenile may be responsible for an additional hit-and-run near Des Moines or SeaTac on, or before, July 17.
