TACOMA, Wash. — The Tacoma Police Department (TPD) is investigating a homicide after a person was brought to the hospital with a gunshot wound and died.
TPD says it happened after midnight on Thursday.
Police responded to a local hospital when they were told a victim with a gunshot wound arrived in a car.
TPD says they were told a short time later the person had died from their injuries.
Officers are searching the crime scene and investigating the death as a homicide.
