Suspect in downtown Seattle shooting that injured 5 now in custody

Police said the man suspected of shooting five people in downtown Seattle on November 9 is Alrick Hollingsworth Jr. He is 5-foot-5 and 160 pounds. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.

SEATTLE — Police have arrested a suspect in a November shooting that hurt five people in downtown Seattle.

Detectives arrested 19-year-old Alrick Hollingsworth Jr. on an outstanding $1 million assault warrant just after 7 p.m. Tuesday.

The shooting happened on Nov. 9, 2016 just before 7 p.m. at Third Avenue and Pine Street in front of a 7-Eleven store after an argument.

Hollingsworth was booked into the King County Jail.

One man was taken to Harborview Medical Center in critical condition. The four other victims -- one woman and three men -- were transported to the hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
