The Suquamish Police Department is showing off its newest patrol car.
It’s wrapped with custom graphics designed by Jeff Riggins. You can see more images of the vehicle here.
“Your work and effort is now on full display, and I can’t thank you enough for the gift you’ve given this department,” the agency shared online.
Deputy Chief Nance will be driving the custom car. The department unveiled pictures of the design on Friday.
It is the latest of a series of custom designs created by tribal artists.
The department unveiled the first design in July. The vehicle is a tribute to missing or murdered indigenous people, a design created by Samantha Robson.
“For most of the cars we didn’t provide any design ideas or context, but rather a blank canvas where the Suquamish Tribe member artist is free to create what inspires them. Each are will have the Suquamish Police logo on the side so that’s the only limiting factor for them,” the department shared.
