COWLITZ COUNTY — Two Washington State Patrol (WSP) patrol cars blocked State Route 504 after a crash in Cowlitz County, according to the Washington State Patrol.
The crash happened near Reynolds Road on Friday.
WSP says a driver suspected of DUI caused the crash, which also involved a vehicle from the Washington State Department of Transportation and a vehicle from the Cowlitz County Coroner’s Office.
An employee from the coroner’s office was taken to the hospital for treatment of injuries sustained in the crash.
The driver was arrested and booked into jail on suspicion of DUI and reckless driving.
