Six people were injured Sunday afternoon in a three-vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 12 in Lewis County, according to the Washington State Patrol.
The crash happened at about 1:53 p.m. near milepost 83 in Lewis County. Investigators said all three vehicles were traveling eastbound when one vehicle stopped while waiting to make a left turn onto Village Road. A second vehicle stopped behind it. A third vehicle then failed to stop and struck the second vehicle from behind, pushing it into the vehicle waiting to turn.
Information on the drivers’ condition was not immediately available.
