A semi in Tacoma hit a stroller with a baby sitting inside it while her family walked on the sidewalk.
The baby and her 3-year-old sister had to be pulled out from under the truck near Steele Street.
The 3-year-old is in serious condition at Mary Bridge Children's Hospital. The mother and baby suffered minor injuries, police said.
