Seattle Fire Department rescues man after scaffold collapse

A man was rescued after a scaffold collapsed in Seattle on Thursday, according to the Seattle Fire Department.

At around 11:11 a.m. on June 9, firefighters and medics responded to a report of a scaffolding collapse on the side of a building near the 2200 block of Second Avenue.

When crews arrived, a man was hanging from the scaffolding.

Seattle police and firefighters were able to pull the man back into the building.

The injured man was treated at the scene.
