Grays Harbor Sheriff’s deputies are asking the public to avoid the Cosmopolis boat launch Monday as deputies search for a kayaker who’s been missing since July.
The office says Jeffrey Damasiewicz was last seen kayaking near Preacher Slough on July 14th.
According to the office, deputies are being assisted by Grays Harbor County Emergency Management, the Thurston County dive team, the King County dive team, and the Washington State Department of Fish and Wildlife.
