SEATTLE, Wash. — While the hunt is still on for Dan Wilson’s replacement, one name will not be in consideration going forward.

Ken Rosenthal of The Athletic reports that former Twins manager Rocco Baldelli has withdrawn his name and no longer wishes to be considered for the position.

Baldelli, who won AL Manager of the Year in 2019, spent seven years with the Minnesota Twins, before joining the Los Angeles Dodgers as an assistant in late 2025.

Rosenthal adds that Baldelli took his name out of the race due to “family considerations.”
