Pro-Palestinian protesters are marching in Capitol Hill, and police are waiting to make arrests for minor property damage.
The group was near Cal Anderson Park and moved to Broadway E and E John St., the Seattle Police Department (SPD) reported around 1:30 p.m.
SPD said there have been reports of minor property damage, including tagging of buildings.
“Officers have identified the suspects and will make arrests when it is safe to do so,” the department stated.
SPD noted officers have activated their body cameras due to the ongoing property destruction and other reported crimes.
The group moved off the street onto Seattle Central property, police reported at 2 p.m.
