Police: Family member called to pick up DUI suspect in Bellevue shows up impaired

BELLEVUE, Wash. — When responding to a recent traffic collision on May 27, Bellevue Police witnessed a driver driving erratically.

A DUI stop was made and after an investigation, the person was arrested.

Police say they made a call to a family member to come pick up the car, but when that person showed up, he also appeared to be impaired.

After a second DUI investigation, the second family member was arrested.

Bellevue police called another family member, and when they arrived the suspects and vehicles were released to the sober family member.
