SEATTLE — Nude sunbathers at a Seattle Park are upsetting nearby residents – but Seattle Parks and Recreation officials say their hands are tied.

Over the years, Denny-Blaine Park has gained notoriety as an unofficial nude beach within city limits, despite an outcry from neighbors who say the nudity is a problem.

Denny-Blaine Park, on Lake Washington, sits between million-dollar mansions.

Seattle Parks says it can’t force the birthday suit bathers to leave due to a 2003 state law.
