A collision involving two trucks partially blocked northbound Interstate 405 at Northeast 44th Street in Newcastle Thursday morning.
Several lanes were blocked as crews worked to clear debris off the roadway.
By 8 a.m., the backup had extended to State Route 167.
By 9:30 a.m., all lanes had been reopened to traffic.
