LACEY, Wash. — UPDATE 10/2 2:31 p.m.: Lacey police tweeted that Gebre was found safe.

The Lacey Police Department is searching for a missing college student who was hasn’t been seen since last weekend.
Gebre is 5 feet 5 inches tall and has dark brown eyes and black hair.
21-year-old Banna Gebre, a student at Saint Martin’s University, was last seen Sunday, Sept. 26 in the Lacey and Olympia area. She hasn’t been in contact with any friends or family.
Saint Martin’s University organized a search party for Gebre beginning at noon on Saturday.
