PUYALLUP, Wash. — The Pierce County Sheriff’s Office is asking the Puyallup community to come forward with any surveillance or dashcam footage that could help them solve an armed robbery.
On Aug. 16, between 10:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m., two teens were robbed at gunpoint by three people near Puyallup.
According to the Pierce County Sheriff’s Office, the suspects took a motorcycle, loaded it into a black SUV and drove off.
Detectives believe the SUV may have traveled from 176th St. E. or 70th Ave. E. likely traveled through several neighborhood streets before and/or after the robbery.
“Did you capture something on your Ring, security camera, or dashcam? Even if you don’t think your footage is important, it could provide a critical clue. We are asking residents in the area to check their cameras for any footage from 10:00 p.m. to midnight on August 16 and submit anything that may help our detectives,” the sheriff’s office wrote.
