Seattle police are looking for a driver after they say a flagger at a construction site
The incident happened Monday afternoon near Mercer Street and Fourth Avenue in the Queen Anne neighborhood.
Police said they are looking for a black Chevy Impala and the driver was described as a woman in her 20s, who may have had a dog with her.
