KENT, Wash. — A fire ripped through a home in Kent on Wednesday afternoon.
Chopper 7 was over the house fire in the 600 block of Prospect Avenue North, where flames and smoke were visible from the roof.
Firefighters were on the roof at one point, cutting holes to allow for ventilation.
No injures were reported; however, firefighters with Puget Sound Fire said six people have been displaced.
It is not yet known what caused the fire, as the house has been destroyed.
