EVERETT, Wash. — A new affordable housing community designed specifically for older adults is coming to Everett.

Housing Hope broke ground Tuesday on the 67-unit development at 2624 Rockefeller Avenue. The housing will be available to adults 55 and older.

Housing Hope says the project is its first affordable housing community built specifically for older adults and comes as the organization responds to housing instability and homelessness among the aging population.
