MUKILTEO, Wash. — A driver was extricated from their vehicle after a collision Thursday in Mukilteo.
The crash, which involved two vehicles, happened after 5 p.m. at 40th Avenue West and State Route 526.
One vehicle was found on the road, and the other in a ditch.
The other driver was found uninjured and refused care.
When rescue crews arrived, they had to be extricated a driver who was taken to the hospital in serious condition, authorities said.
It is not known what led to the crash, but law enforcement is investigating.
