A community placed flowers and candles to remember and honor the victims from Wednesday's shooting spree in Seattle's Lake City neighborhood.

Two men were killed and a Metro bus operator and a woman were injured.

On Thursday night, KIRO 7 learned more about the victims who died as neighbors gathered at a vigil to remember them.

Bob Hassan, 76, was driving a red Prius when the suspect walked up to his car and fatally shot him.

Hassan was a retired Air Force surgeon. He leaves a wife, children and grandchildren.

Robert Lee, 75, was killed when the suspect crashed into his orange vehicle.

Neighbors told KIRO 7 that Lee lived alone and that he'll be dearly missed.

"He walked straight out in the middle of the road, and he shot me, and then he shot me again, and I could feel it go here and here. And then the car kept moving and I swerved over to the side," said survivor Deborah Judd. "And he shot one more time, which broke my back window and I slumped over the emergency brake.  And I heard one more shot, which I've come to learn is the man who died and maybe he was slowing down to help me."

Judd, 56, is a second grade teacher at Seattle's Laurelhurst Elementary School.

Eric Stark, 53, was hit when the suspect opened fire at a King County Metro bus he was driving.

He was called a hero by local leaders because he steered his bus away from thegunman after he was shot.

The suspect, 33-year-old Tad Norman, was taken into custody after a standoff. He was booked into the King County Jail on investigation of homicide, robbery and assault.
