BOTHELL, Wash. — Fire authorities are investigating after a fierce fire destroyed outbuildings in Bothell Friday. See photos by clicking here.
According to Bothell Fire spokeswoman Kirsten Clemens, fire crews rushed to the 24200 block of 15th Avenue South Friday afternoon, battling smoke and flames seeping from several building behind the residence.
Crews made a fast attack and contained the fire quickly, Clemens said.
The property owner suffered minor burns and was transported to Harborview Medical Center.
Crews from Woodinville Fire and Rescue, Snohomish Fire District #7 and Shoreline Fire assisted with the fire.
Authorities are advising residents to be careful and remember the increased fire hazard posed by dry, hot weather this time of year.
