AMBER Alert cancelled after child abducted in Shelton

SHELTON, Wash. — The Washington State Patrol says an AMBER Alert has been cancelled after a 4-year-old child was reportedly abducted out of Shelton.

The department says Kyson Moen was taken by his father, 26-year-old Joshua Moen, during a supervised visit around 12:30 p.m on Wednesday.

Officials say the child has been found, but his status is not clear, and his father reportedly ran from authorities, according to the Washington State Patrol.

This is a developing story.
