The Washington State Patrol has located a suspect in an AMBER Alert issued out of Kennewick on Saturday evening.
According to the alert, a 4-year-old was forcefully taken from her home off Matthew S Conway Place in Kennewick shortly before 11 a.m. on Saturday.
The alert was issued at 6:30 p.m. on Saturday and was canceled around 1:40 a.m. on Sunday.
