KENT, Wash. — Crews responded to a report of a fire in the 3600 block of South 168th Street in the West Hill neighborhood before 7 a.m.
Before crews arrived to the home, they called for more resources when smoke was visible from several blocks away.
Crews put out the fire about 25 minutes after the fire was reported.
No one was living in the home during the fire and there were no injuries reported.
Fire officials said the loss was estimated at $180,000.
The cause of the fire is under investigation.
