One person was taken to Harborview Medical Center with burns after a fire at a residence on Southeast Klahanie Boulevard Friday morning.
Eastside Fire said when firefighters arrived, the fire was already out because the multi-family structure had a sprinkler system.
Fire crews said a couch was on fire and they just had to clear the smoke.
No one else was injured and the status of the patient is unknown.
Fire officials are investigating.
