Dog found skinned, beheaded near Walmart in Port Orchard

PORT ORCHARD, Wash. — A dog was found skinned and beheaded in a Walmart parking lot in Port Orchard.

The dog was found Tuesday evening at around 6 p.m.

Police say there is a large homeless population in the area where the dog was found.

Officials with the police department weren’t sure whether the dog was domesticated or wild.

The dog also had its paws and tail removed.

The Walmart is located at 3497 Bethel Road Southeast.
