MONROE, Wash. — A human body found in a Monroe park is so badly decomposed, investigators can't tell whether the gender is that of a woman or man.
KIRO 7 Chopper was over Al Borlin park around 2 p.m., where police taped off a large area to gather evidence.
The medical examiner was called to remove the body.
