Police: Suspect in Edmonds double stabbing arrested in California

EDMONDS, Wash. — July 13, 2017 UPDATE: Edmonds police say the suspect in Sunday's double stabbing has been arrested. Police tweeted on Thursday night that Marco Antonio Vicente-Dominquez was apprehended in California. He is now in police custody.

UPDATE: Edmonds police have identified a suspect in Sunday's double stabbing. Police are looking for 24-year-old Marco Antonio Vicente-Dominquez. He may also go by the names "Antonio" or "Tonio."

The Edmonds Police Department launched an investigation after a double-stabbing around 10:40 a.m. Sunday. The stabbing occurred in the 7400 block of 208th Street at Horizon Parks Apartments.

When police arrived they found a victim in the parking lot with serious wounds to his torso. The second victim as found in a nearby apartment. The victims are both Hispanic males, approximately 25-35 years old. Their identities have not been released.

The suspect fled the scene. He was described as a Hispanic male wearing a dark blue shirt and dark pants. A K9 unit could not locate the suspect.

The victims were transported to Harborview where each underwent surgery for their injuries. One victim is in serious but stable condition and the other remains in critical condition.

Police believe the victims and the suspect were acquainted with each other.

The suspect is considered armed and dangerous, but police do not believe he is a threat to the community at large.
