WHITFIELD COUNTY, Ga. — It was nothing short of a miracle that a driver survived a crash with a log truck in a northwest Georgia county.
The crash happened Oct. 11 in Whitfield County on Cleveland Highway in Cohutta, WSB-TV reported.
Several of the logs went crashing through the front windshield and back through the length of the SUV.
The Whitfield County Fire Department shared photos of the crash on its Facebook page. In the photos, the Nissan Xterra is shown embedded into the rear of the truck that was hauling dozens of logs.
Fire department officials said the driver suffered only minor injuries, WSB reported.
