Police look for group of men in Delridge house fire

SEATTLE — Fire crews extinguished the fire at the home.

According to police, officers talked to a man who lived in a small shack behind the burning home. The man told officers that he heard sawing sounds on the roof of his shack before the fire.

A man inside the burning home escaped with minor burns.

The man told officers he walked outside the shack and saw a man -- described as white, in his 20s, with long hair -- standing on his roof.

Police said the shack resident then heard two loud pops, which may have been fireworks, and the house adjacent to the shack was on fire.

Witnesses told police they saw three young men running from the scene.

Anyone with information about the incident is urged to call Seattle police.
