YAKIMA, Wash. — Seventy-year-old Richard Riggs of Yakima says he has been colorblind since birth.
But after hitting his head in a recent fall he says he now sees the "colors of the rainbow."
A doctor told KIMA a fall could not change a genetic condition such as colorblindness, but a concussion could possibly change the way Riggs perceives colors.
Riggs plans a trip to Hawaii in March and says he can't wait to see the flowers, and the bikinis
