ANACORTES, Wash. — Both directions of SR 20 were closed in Anacortes for several hours after a fatal car-pedestrian collision.
The highway was closed at Commercial Avenue after a semi-truck hit and killed a pedestrian at 3:14 a.m. Wednesday.
The cause of the crash is under investigation, according to troopers.
