SEATTLE — Two people and two cats escaped a fire in West Seattle’s Fauntleroy neighborhood early Tuesday.
It started shortly before 2 a.m.
When firefighters arrived at the house in the 8600 block of Fauntless Crest Southwest, flames were coming out of all four sides of the house.
Firefighters had to fight the flames from the outside before entering the home and knocking down the flames inside.
The response was upgraded to a two-alarm fire to summon more resources.
No injuries were reported.
Investigators will determine the extent of the damage as well as the cause.
