Snow has been falling late Tuesday night over parts of the north region of Puget Sound to the Canadian border.
Reports of falling snow and rain came in just after 9 p.m. in Lake Stevens, Lynden and Sumas.

WSDOT cameras captured snow at about 10 p.m. falling at State Route 9 near Front Street in Sumas.
KIRO 7 Chief Meteorologist Morgan Palmer said no significant accumulation is expected.
Rain is expected to return Friday evening into Saturday.
According to PinPoint Meteorologist Nick Allard, there looks to be a chance for accumulating lowland snow in spots on Sunday (particularly early in the day) but specifics won't firm up until later in the week and there's a very good chance that the cold air and residual moisture don't get together.
