SNOHOMISH COUNTY, Wash. — Authorities said a driver was severely injured in a collision at about 1:20 a.m. near the 17100 block of North Road in unincorporated Snohomish County between Bothell and Mill Creek.
Detectives are looking for a driver or the owner of a newer red or burgundy Mustang that drove away after the crash.
