Water main break snarls traffic, hurts business

BELLEVUE, Wash. — Crews finished work on an eight-inch water main that burst in Bellevue Monday night. Businesses had their water turned back on by 8 a.m. Tuesday.

The owner of a salon said this is the second water main break he has dealt with since the construction started last year.
