SULTAN, Wash. — One person is dead after crashing near State Route 2 in Sultan, the Snohomish County Sheriff’s Office said.
The car crash happened after 5:35 p.m. near 11th Street.
Deputies said the driver went off the highway and struck several empty vehicles in a parking lot.
Firefighters from Snohomish County Fire District 5 performed CPR on the victim who died at the scene.
No other injuries were reported.
The cause of the crash is under investigation.
