A raging fire has nearly destroyed a home in Bellevue early Monday.
Firefighters were called to the home in the 1300 block of 144th Avenue Southeast at 3:34 a.m.
Crews arrived to find heavy fire coming from the front, side and back of the home.
They were forced to fight the fire defensively from the outside.
A video taken by a neighbor showed the home engulfed in flames.
Fire officials say a family of four who lives in the home were able to get out safely.
A neighbor said the family was dazed and shivering and she gave them blankets.
