Body found near Fife gas station

FIFE, Wash. — The body of a man was found by a gas station clerk in Fife early Friday.

The clerk at the Shell station in the 3200 block of Pacific Highway East saw the body in the parking lot and called 911.

Medics arrived and tried to revive the man, but were not able to.

Police say there were no obvious signs of trauma on the man’s body.

The death is under investigation.
