...AIR QUALITY ADVISORY IN EFFECT UNTIL NOON PDT TODAY...
An Air Quality Advisory, issued by the Southwest Clean Air Agency and
Olympic Regional Clean Air Agency, remains in effect until noon PDT
today. The advisory is in effect for the following counties in
Unhealthy air will be common at times this morning across southwest
Washington due to wildfires burning around the region. Air quality is
expected to improved during the course of the day today. During the
advisory, air quality levels can be expected to oscillate between
unhealthy and moderate.
Pollutants in smoke can cause burning eyes, runny nose, aggravate
heart and lung diseases, and aggravate other serious health
problems. Limit outdoor activities and keep children indoors if it
is smoky. Please follow medical advice if you have a heart or lung
