The strong winds along with temperatures near or slightly above freezing will set the stage for wind chill temperatures in the teens and lower 20s. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS... A Wind Advisory means that sustained winds of 30 to 39 mph and/or gusts of 45 to 57 mph are expected. Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles.
