ATASCOCITA, Texas — A massive alligator found in a Texas neighborhood required creativity and teamwork to remove it.
The alligator, which measured in at 10 feet long, was first spotted by a man on surveillance camera sitting under his truck in the driveway, KPRC reported.
Harris County Constable Mark Herman shared photos of the alligator on Twitter, and said that when officers arrived, the animal had moved into the middle of the road.

Once officers arrived, they worked with a trapper, who arrived wearing American flag shorts and driving a pick-up truck, KPRC reported.
Video shared with KPRC and posted to YouTube shows the trapper working with a tow truck driver to lift the alligator off the ground and onto the bed of the pick-up.
“He opened the back of his truck and drives off,” Danielle McGrath, a neighbor, told KPRC.
Herman said the alligator was safely removed and handed over to animal control.
