Actress and supermodel Naomi Campbell can certainly keep a secret.

The London-born beauty thrilled fans Tuesday with news shared via social media that she has welcomed her first child, a baby girl.

“A beautiful little blessing has chosen me to be her mother,” Campbell, 50, captioned a photo shared across several platforms showing her holding her new daughter’s feet.

“So honoured to have this gentle soul in my life there are no words to describe the lifelong bond that I now share with you my angel. There is no greater love,” she wrote.

According to Vogue, Campbell’s friends and fellow fashion insiders wasted little time celebrating the new arrival.

“Oh my God!!!!! Today is the day?? How absolutely incredible,” designer Marc Jacobs wrote. “How lucky she is and how lucky you are! What a wonderful Mother you will be. Blessings all around.”

No pregnancy for Campbell was ever publicly announced, Vogue reported.

Campbell’s newest addition to the family comes a few months after the death of her godson, Harry Brant, a rising model, USA Today reported.

“Harry you’ve taken a piece of my heart,” Campbell wrote on Instagram at the time of Brant’s death from an accidental overdose at the age of 24. She also noted in her moving tribute that “it’s taken me a few days to get my head around this to digest the fact my beautiful godson Harry Brant has gone to the spiritual world.”
