Gigi Hadid to launch new clothing line, Guest in Residence

As a model, Gigi Hadid has been no stranger to wearing the latest fashions. But now, she’s hoping to make her mark as a designer, too.

According to People magazine and Nylon, the 27-year-old took to Instagram on Thursday to say she is launching a new clothing brand, Guest in Residence.

“Been workin on something …. with love, @guestinresidence,” she captioned several snapshots showing scenes from the design process and various knitwear products.

Guest in Residence’s Instagram profile, which had no posts as of early Friday, featured the one-word description, “knitters.” Meanwhile, a “coming soon” banner appeared on the brand’s official website.

Hadid, whose younger sister is 25-year-old model Bella Hadid, previously worked on a swimwear line with Frankies Bikinis and also collaborated with Stuart Weitzman, Reebok and Tommy Hilfiger, Nylon reported.
