But it will look a bit different than in years past.
The concert, dubbed Farm Aid On the Road, will be held virtually, like many other events in 2020.
The concert was started in 1985 by Neil Young, John Mellencamp and Willie Nelson to help raise money for farmers who were struggling in the 1980s, Austin 360 reported.
The trio still sits on the board of directors and was joined by Dave Matthews in 2001.
Young, Nelson, Mellencamp and Matthews will be joined virtually by:
- Black Pumas
- Bonnie Raitt and Bozz Scaggs
- Brandi Carlile
- Chris Stapleton
- Edie Brickell with Charlie Sexton
- Jack Johnson
- Jamey Johnson
- Jon Batiste
- Kelsey Waldon
- Luckas Nelson & Promise of the Real
- Margo Price
- Nathaniel Rateliff
- Norah Jones
- Particle Kid
- The Record Company
- Valerie June
- The War and Treaty
The performances will be live-streamed starting at 8 p.m. EDT Saturday.
You can either watch it on farmaid.org, Farm Aid’s YouTube channel or on fans.com.
It will also be on cable on AXS TV and on Sirius XM on Willie’s Roadhouse, channel 59, or Dave Matthews Band Radio, channel 30.
