Rock, 56, announced the positive test and shared it on his Twitter feed.

“Hey guys I just found out I have COVID,” Rock tweeted. “Trust me you don’t want this. Get vaccinated.”

Rock previously received the Johnson & Johnson COVID-19 vaccine earlier this year, People reported. He talked about receiving the shot during a guest appearance in May on “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon.”

Rock told Fallon at the time that he was “Two-shots Rock, that’s what they call me,” joking that the J&J vaccine was “the food stamps of vaccines.”

“You know, I skipped the line. I didn’t care. I used my celebrity, Jimmy,” Rock told Fallon. “I was like, ‘Step aside, Betty White. Step aside, old people. ... I did ‘Pootie Tang.’ Let me on the front of the line.’”
