It was built in 1910 and still resembles what it looked like in the Oscar-winning film, the “Today” show reported.

It is just nice and clean.

“In the movie, they kind of trashed the house and made it look really neglected and kid of destroyed inside. It’s way nicer in person,” real estate agent Eileen Allan told “Today.”

There is one thing missing in the real house compared to the on-screen version.

There’s no pit or work area, “Today” reported. Those scenes were filmed in a sound studio.

The home also comes with some touches right from the movie, including props and movie posters.

The home is listed for under $300,000 and has five bedrooms, a multi-car detached garaged and an in-ground pool.

The house was for sale in 2015, WPXI reported.

It was sold in 2016, according to Zillow.
