The home, which is 60 years old, has to make way for new luxury townhomes, WGHP reported.

The owners don't want it knocked down because of sentimental value, so they're asking for someone to move the home.

The new owner will have to pay for the home mover, fees, permits and other costs associated with moving the structure, WGHP reported.

For more information on the house along Lake Jeanette Road, call (336)442-1021.

Yes, this Guilford County home is free. But there's a catch.
